This is great information to know for parents. There needs to be more routine education around this. Side note: Why aren’t companies making “parenting” more of a priority vs. topics such as DEI? Employers. Implementing items such as this helps elevate your company to the next level. It’s not always about bonuses & cash. Each person has different motivators. Understand their “why.” Spending the day with my daughter (when it’s supported by my boss) is way more important to me vs. a gift card.
