People in India still don’t understand what acclimatization really means, or how important water and oxygen are, and where we are heading with this careless travel culture. Watching reels and suddenly leaving for extreme high-altitude places is dangerous. I stayed at Umling La for almost two hours despite having medical issues, while many people can’t even stay there for 10 minutes all because I properly acclimatized, started drinking 2–3 litres of water two days before the journey, and understood how the body adapts. The worst cases are people who directly reach 18,000 ft from the plains without giving their body any time to adjust. High altitude is not a joke. Your body needs gradual adaptation, awareness, and experience built over years. But who is guiding people? No one. People just watch reels and leave. Always read about the place you are travelling to the altitude, temperature, oxygen levels, road conditions and always talk to locals before heading into extreme regions! 🙏🏻

I have to say, it is almost cynical to watch how many people and accounts suddenly “discover” the courage to call out Binance, CZ, the Trump/ MAGA network and things that have been visible for a very long time. Yes, this tweet is uncomfortable, but I have been uncomfortable this whole time, long before most of them, and people are finally starting to wake up. And now that it gets attention, everyone joins in and acts like they just uncovered something new. You are about a year late. But fine. Better late than never. Now let actions follow words. Mute, unfollow and disengage from accounts that constantly push propaganda, hate, shilling and misinformation. Stop buying new worthless JPEGs memecoins or hypes. Be conscious of which projects, platforms and narratives you support with your attention. Pay attention to who is serious and who is just jumping on the bandwagon. What worries me is how quickly all of this will be forgotten the moment the next flashy pump token, the next Trump hype cycle or the next Binance narrative appears. Or the next “anti-scam” and anti KOL coin that calls itself a movement even though there is nothing behind it, nothing before it. I have seen this happen many times. If you have truly understood what is going on, prove it through consistent behavior, not just loud posts while it is trending. Otherwise, all of this is just a farce. At Shinkula Pass, around 15,000 feet, a family got stranded for hours with a 6-month-old baby who suddenly became unconscious and unresponsive. The family had no idea it was due to the lack of oxygen and the extreme altitude. Thankfully, someone aware of altitude sickness immediately gave oxygen to the child, and within seconds the baby started crying again. A few seconds of help literally saved a life. People travelling uphill must read and learn about altitude sickness. Low oxygen levels and AMS (Acute Mountain Sickness) can be dangerous even for healthy adults imagine the risk for a 6-month-old child. Please avoid taking very small children to such extreme altitudes. Before travelling: • Stay properly hydrated • Consult doctors and carry medicines like Diamox if advised • Always carry an oxygen cylinder, no matter how confident you are • Read about the location and ask locals before heading further uphill This time angels came to save the child. The discourse around the Eze penalty last night is fascinating. If nothing else it provides Arteta with an excuse as to how his team has been hard done by and robbed. He loves excuses. It’s a fascinating situation because I actually think the right outcome was reached albeit through the wrong process. Once given on the field under the current rules it shouldn't have been overturned. For that Arsenal can feel aggrieved. Don't forget Arsenal were the beneficiaries of an incredibly soft penalty in Leverkusen. It wasn’t overturned. I find the attached video interesting because it clearly shows how minimal the contact is. The defender doesn’t pin Ezes foot to the ground. Doesn’t smash into it. It brushes down the side of it. It’s where the still pictures of it were wildly misleading. Are we really saying that contact such as that is worthy of a penalty? What’s clear in the video is that Eze has absolutely made the most of the slight contact. I love the straight left leg. A very natural position. It’s a brilliant dive and normally it would have been rewarded. By saying that is a stone wall penalty all we are doing is encouraging such theatrics and cheating. Whenever you hear the words “that was clever” by a commentator they are intimating the player has cheated/made the most of it. We complain about refs all the time but what chance do they have when players are doing stuff like this. Until players are punished properly there is no disincentive for players to keep doing this stuff. I also find it fascinating when you have a foot brushed like this. When you compare it to all the holding/pushing/grappling at other times. Sometimes a contact sport and others not. Is this really what football has become?

Parading them through the lobby like accessories so you can smile for the flashes and pretend you care. If they actually cared, they would have quietly gone bedside to bedside. No cameras, no staging, no spectacle. Just human decency. But no that wouldn’t get the headlines, the “look how royal we still are” narrative you’re both addicted to. This was curated. Deliberate. And those kids were used. Sick children aren’t your backdrop, and their pain isn’t your photoshoot. And Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne should be ashamed for allowing it. Whoever on their admin or PR team greenlit dragging ill kids into the foyer for this needs to be held accountable questioned, exposed and removed. Who thought it was acceptable to parade unwell children out like that? That decision needs to be questioned. Because safeguarding those kids should come before anyone’s PR, status, or connections. I am appalled. I am disgusted. And the level these two will go to exploit the weak and vulnerable just to feed their ego is sickening. This wasn’t compassion. 🚨 TRIGGER WARNING 🚨 I think it’s weird that you’re making up lies about me and my past and whatever else, but okay. Weird af, but doesn’t affect me. I think it’s weird that you are on this big attack path, but I guess I shouldn’t be surprised bc I’m not the first. No biggie. But you are going too far by creating the accounts with my abusive ex’s name and coming after me to torment me. How many more am I going to have to block? This is someone that has a documented violent history, with multiple women, and put me through hell. This is someone who destroyed me in such a way that I still haven’t been able to have enough trust in anyone else to be in a relationship since then bc of the damage that was done. This is someone who I was forced to testify against in another case- that didn’t involve me- and I was a wreck the whole time, but had to sit there while they played this video and I had to answer questions with him watching me from just a few feet away. When you’re creating these accounts bc you think it’s funny to go back and laugh about it, THIS is who you’re using. If you really gave a damn about advocacy, you wouldn’t be using someone’s abuser to torment them for fun.

As cute as this baby elephant is, realize that his mom was living in captivity and forced to work in chains for 30+ years and thankfully rescued by Aaron of Planting Peace & Following Giants just a few weeks before she gave birth...had she given birth while in captivity both the mom and baby would be living in chains and likely separated just after birth too 💔💔💔 Please retweet this if you will help me spread the word and educate people how cruelly these poor elephants are treated and why we need to rescue so many more of them!
