Told BBC that some voices in Iran fear that Trump just wants a deal to pacify the markets ahead of the midterms, but that he will restart the war after November. I am unconvinced. If Trump had a military option, he would use it now to WIN the war and use that win for the midterms. But the bottom line is: He doesn't have a winning military option with Iran.
