Two things can be true - most people are way over medicalised. Some people do in fact need drugs.

I’ll put it this way, I’m in the field, the meds aren’t always the be all/end all for solving some of peoples mental health issues. Can it help? Depends on what you got going on. Not everyone can be healed with ample sunshine and exercise. But Tom ain’t the one to be asking 😂

This was covered on #Bones of all shows. Even though Dr. Brennan liked and respected Dr. Sweets, she considered psychiatry a “soft science.”

Vitamins, exercise, sunlight, good sleep hygiene, good nutrition (I.e eating real food)

Never EVER take advice from a Scientologist. It’s like taking business advice from Mango Mussolini. I do love his movies and his zest for life, however.

This was the inspiration for a Law & Order: SVU episode. Norman Reedus was a rock star who advised a teenage girl (Brittany Snow) to stop taking her medication because it was a "mind-altering chemical".
