Tom Homan says Trump’s plans include removing undocumented parents whose children are U.S. citizens. “We don’t deport US citizens. But they put themselves in the position; we didn’t. The bottom line is, having a child in this country does not make you immune from our laws.”

Homan is correct. They put themselves in these situations. Next time, don't violate US immigration law.

Actually those children of illegal aliens are not us citizens. If anybody read the 14th Amendment properly they would understand that those children are not under the jurisdiction of the United States because the parents aren't. Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. While the children of illegal aliens are born within the borders of the United states, they are not subject to the jurisdiction thereof because their parents aren't. Their parents are subject to the jurisdiction of another country. If a country demands back a citizen of their country we have to give it back to them unless it is apparent they are going to be murdered by their government and then we can grant them Asylum. Asylum is an unmerited gift and there is no obligation of a government to Grant Asylum to anyone. The children therefore of illegal aliens are strictly subject to the same government that their parents are subject to.

The Constitution says otherwise. I can't wait to watch this disaster blow up in this morons face. One thing we can all count on from Trump world is grand plans followed by incompetency and chaos.
