This time a woman was waiting for a ride share in the morning when police say the illegal immigrant pushed her against a wall and attempted to rape her in Arlington. Homeland Security is calling on Arlington officials and Gov. Abigail Spanberger not to release the illegal immigrant back into the community. Last year, the Arlington County Board revised its policy to ban Arlington police officers from contacting ICE even when there are suspected or confirmed illegal immigrant gang members, human traffickers, and terrorists in the community.

Stephanie Minter’s mother filed a DOJ complaint with the help of Victims Rights arguing if Descano was not intentionally lenient on illegal immigrant criminals, her daughter and other victims would still be alive. The DOJ is now investigating Descano.
