I feel I have heard this interview a lot since Xmas, yet nothing changes

If TC actually got the players he requested and backed by the owner, we could easily have slipped into 5th/6th. Toms fuming because he has high standards, loves the club, and can see how it’s being run into the ground. He’s our only positive with the current ownership regime

Almost every season the team performances drop off from Jan onwards. It happens with all Managers & even when Troy was the captain. What is it at the club that allows this to happen so often? What can be done to change it? Who is ultimately responsible for changing this? Gino?
