We have normalised drinking #alcohol so much that 1. We don’t mind our heroes and heroines boozing. 2. We don’t frown at girls falling unconscious on the roads inebriated. 3. We ridicule those who don’t drink in parties. 4. We have so many memes about how much pleasure is in drinking alcohol. 5. We strongly believe that ‘moderate’ alcohol consumption is not bad. 6. We frown at parties with no alcohol. 7. We feel that governments earn legitimately from liquor sales and that it is alright. 8. We boast about the new year alcohol sales from our city/state. Now seventh class students drinking alcohol?? Let’s face it. We all saw this coming. #Shame

When they were talking about the alcohol brands: 🐰I think we have to tell them what kind of drink it was~ 🐰no but anyways, it’s not a drink with high alcohol content, it’s not strong~ 🐹we drank makgeolli (fizzy rice wine), soju~ 🐰these days, V-ssi… it’s ok not to mention the brand, you’re into this drink these days right.. 🐹you can’t mention the brand~ 🐯when we were hanging out in the US, when I went into session, since then, I~ hyung likes will also like it so much~ ~~~ 🐹so this is a drink that’s made from the one taehyung enjoyed in the US, the one I make and some drinks left at home~ 🐰just a cocktail of a few things~ Basically, they were just trying to explain that even though they drank alot, the drinks were not strong, i.e they’re not drunk 🤣🤣🤣

You know that Mr Muwaganya, you’re killing your case!” He was heated. This case has taught me so much about Uganda’s criminal justice system. I can write a book or two. Anyways, just like you, I hope justice prevails and that we get some criminal justice reforms at the end of it all.
