HELEN ZILLE Once we get allocated Cabinet positions in the GNU, we will implement our policies. We are a federal party. We believe in federalism. National government will be stripped off its powers. These powers will then be given to our province, WC. We will take away responsibility of Energy & Eskom, Police, Transport &Prasa and give them to our premier, Rick Flair and GHL. [By the time we get kicked out of the GNU, the WC will be a fully independent province with all its powers to do as it pleases.]
