Tonight every single Senate Democrat voted against my amendment that would stop Biden Admin from using taxpayer dollars to charter flights for hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens from their countries directly to American towns to be resettled. Indefensible.

We can't have a country where one party is dependent on illegal immigrants to "win" elections.

@someonesom47381 Are they seriously defending using taxpayer dollars to fly in people from other countries? People who are mostly fighting age men? Something is very wrong with this picture.

60% of voters disapprove of these flights, 46% strongly. 25% approve, 10% strongly.

They should all be prosecuted for what they’ve done to harm the American citizens.

.@SenatorHagerty Your statement is a classic example of political rhetoric that misrepresents the complexities of immigration management. Let's break it down with a dose of reality. You voted against the bipartisan Senate bill. He voted against a bipartisan border bill supported by President Biden and negotiated by Republican Senator James Lankford. That bill would have drastically cut the asylum process time from 5 years down to just weeks, and those unqualified would have been deported, rather than remaining here. YOU are responsible for this! Had the bill passed, it would have made it unrealistic for migrants to risk their lives and everything else to reach our border, paying $8000 to smugglers, only to be deported in a few weeks. It's not that hard to grasp, is it? First, the claim about "hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens" being flown into American towns for resettlement distorts the actual situation. The Biden Administration's efforts have primarily focused on the humane treatment of unaccompanied minors and families, ensuring their safe transportation for processing and potential reunification with family members already residing in the U.S. This isn't about mass resettlement; it's about dealing with a humanitarian situation within the bounds of U.S. law, which provides specific protections for asylum seekers and unaccompanied minors. To portray this as a free-for-all resettlement program is misleading and ignores the legal and humanitarian obligations of the U.S. government. Regarding the use of "taxpayer dollars to charter flights," it's important to understand that managing the logistics of immigration, especially under the pressure of an influx at the border, necessitates certain costs. This practice isn't novel to the Biden Administration; it's a logistical step used by past administrations, Republican and Democratic alike, as part of the broader operations of the immigration system. These activities are funded through appropriations by Congress, following the legal framework for immigration management. To suggest that this is somehow a misuse of taxpayer money without acknowledging the necessity and legality of these actions is a misrepresentation of how government funding works in the context of immigration. Lastly, calling the action "indefensible" fails to appreciate the complexity of the issue. It's not just about political disagreements; it's about how the U.S. handles its legal and humanitarian responsibilities towards migrants, particularly the most vulnerable groups like unaccompanied children. The U.S. immigration system is deeply complex and faces challenges that require nuanced, compassionate, and legally sound responses, not just political point-scoring. Comprehensive immigration reform is a bipartisan issue that has long been acknowledged but not adequately addressed, and simplifying it to such statements does nothing to advance the necessary conversations and solutions. You said no the the Senate bipartisan bill. You have no say so. #Immigration #BorderCrisis

That is horrible and your amendment was a valid way to stop the strife that is placed on our nation. However it is believable as the left side of the aisle is only concerned with keeping things placed to meet their 2030 or before agenda. They will only be focused upon their own special plans and their agenda of the Globalist cabal way and their beaurocrats, that they all embrace and that they want our nation to be governed by. Isn't this evident in all they have done and are doing? It really is a shame that there are not more senators in our nation who embrace the real way this nation was meant to be run with real ethics and moral compass...and freedoms which they attempt each day to strip away from the natural citizens, people who were born and raised in this once respected and great Republic. This nation has been thrown into the garbage by those that perpetuated this new and not wonderful way our nation is now functioning under. Those who have participated in the most underhanded and evil of ways to tear it down and destroy it before our own eyes are not good, people. I think prayer is in order by each and everyone who does not agree with the way things have been taken over, divided and destroyed before our own eyes. Maybe if there are enough decent God loving and God fearing in our nation , maybe our people will have a chance to overcome the evil that is among us. What other hope do we have...?
