Most here won't see that the officer in this video clearly tells the suspect to drop the gun even when the supect had the gun in his hands and the officer only shot him when he pointed the gun at someone, not when the guy was clearly hidding it, nor when the officer saw the gun.

An FBI agent I was acquainted with told me to shoot until the threat is eliminated. Not sure what he saw in my eyes but he added, once they’re down it doesn’t mean you should keep shooting! 😂

I remember when the deputy pulled a taser on the asshole who shot up at the Del Mar Fair grounds because Ice Cube was sold out. It was the second deputy that pulled his weapon.

@Recursion_Agent The problem with scenes like this is that they try to justify the shooting by saving innocents. Real life is not like this and during a tense situation, LEOs don't have the luxury of waiting. Yelling that he has a gun means it's too late for anything else.

The argument between firearm VS taser was also included in the Bondi Westfield stabbings. We knew the suspect could kill, was willing to stab anyone. The officer had a split second to choose which weapon and she chose the correct one as far as I am concerned.
