This is also making slight sv changes so the path ends right at the last control point, while still remaining snapped in the timeline

that's crazy man do you think we could have a slider bank where we save our own shapes when me make a map so we don't have to recreate them?

That sounds like a good idea, though instead of just sliders shapes I think it should be able place entire patterns too
