Too many African Americans get amputations to survive Peripheral Artery Disease or PAD, which is treatable if identified early. I introduced the ARC Act this week to change that and spoke about it on the House floor today. We must save limbs and save lives from this disease!

We need to work hard as a team to fight this disease.#PAD

I am in a wheelchair due to an accident that resulted in a spinal cord injury. Even though I have a disability, I try many things. I would be happy if I could bring courage and energy to everyone!

Thank you for fighting for this. 🙏🏽 #LimbIsLife #WalkOn

Thank you @RepDonaldPayne! Too many African American women of child bearing age lose their uterus by means of surgery to treat fibroids. Too few doctors inform them about a minimally invasive uterus preserving therapy called uterine fibroid embolization. Plz act! @SIRspecialists

@AmmarNasirMD
