This is the video that inspired the tweet I'm quoting. Imagine the power that a male lion in his prime wields! The whole pride is feasting on a carcass and they just heard the roar from a male. Just one the roar. They didn't see him o, they just heard the roar. From the roar, they knew how powerful he is. They all left the food and ran away. I saw the video and I realized how it makes so much sense that lions don't reign too long in their prime. The maximum time a lion will reign for is just about 6 years. I now imagined if they live long like elephants and the rest. It won't make sense. One animal (or human) should have so much power for too long.

the interviewer asked if they had any set dorm rules and muti said that they were quite picky back in the day because they thought they had to be, what with them being sole connection between the other members at the time. they would hold a meeting once a week for everyone to talk honestly and air any frustrations, and set the rule of 'if you don't bring it up now, don't let it show it's bothering you for the next week' lol they later said they would have 'quiet times' between 1am-11am and also do a big clean of the dorm every week, normally the day after their meeting. now because of their schedules it's not super rigid but they still do the weekly meeting!

HOW TO TEACH LAZY AUTHORITIES A LESSON??? Mahabubabad Municipality 21st ward decided not cleaning garbage for a few days is okay! Citizens requested, complained and then decided to teach the officials a lesson. They collected the trash and dumped the garbage in every section room at the municipal office. Of course, the officials were arguing with the citizens saying it is wrong to dump garbage in a government office in the officer’s chamber. I wonder why they think citizens can live among garbage and officers who are paid salaries with tax payers money cannot live for 5mins in the midst of garbage. Kudos to the citizens of Mahabubabad, Telangana 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼! Absolutely love your protest.

The egg belongs to an emu. Here's a video of it. Here in the video, it is the male that's brooding over the eggs. Once female emus lay eggs, they leave it to the male and start looking for another male. After mating, they lay eggs for that one to look after too. They keep doing this as much as they can till the mating season is over. It's the male that'll look after the eggs and the chicks when they hatch. The female only lays egg and move on. Tainkyu ✌🏾

You know, the only reason they created that IG account was… For us. It was never about fame or money. It was their way of reaching out when everything around them was falling apart. A place where they tried to share small moments of happiness, excitement, love, and peace with us, even when they barely had any left for themselves. They made it because they were worried. Because they knew we were worried. Because they didn’t want the people who cared about them to sit there wondering if they were okay. And honestly, it was during that time that we saw them in a way we never had before. Real, unfiltered, not dressed up by a company, not edited, not scripted. Just them. That little page carried so much, didn’t it? They taught us so many things without ever needing to put on a show. Through every live and every small update, they showed us what real courage looks like, what honesty feels like, and how powerful someone can be even when everything around them is pushing back. But it was also a place that held their fear, their stress, their sleepless nights, and the weight of knowing the whole world was watching and anything they said could be twisted in an instant. It was a happy place. But never an easy one. We went through so much during that period. From the excitement of seeing them as NJZ to the shock of their injunction being enforced. So many times we thought we saw the light at the end of the tunnel, only for it to turn out to be a fire blocking the path. From excitement to anger, hope to hopelessness, joy to despair, ADHD to depression… everything, all at once. Calling it a roller coaster is an understatement. A lot changed after that. Too much, maybe. But some things never do. And after everything, it doesn’t really matter what comes next anymore. As long as they get to be truly happy, truly safe, and truly loved as human beings who deserved that from the very beginning, that’s enough for us.
