Too often, government’s instinct is to add new rules instead of eliminating the ones that no longer make sense. We’re changing that. Six new ordinances will cut red tape, simplify permitting, and save small businesses time and money.

Sounds like a plan. Why don’t you add those red tapes to the nonprofits running your housing, and shelters. For example: a copy of all crucial incidents reports on person who have OD Deaths inside nonprofit housing. This will show the negligence being committed from said nonprofit. Unfortunately this won’t occur due to the fact that it will show how these places are not working properly.
