Your list is wrong. Maxim MG model 1910 are used today (year 2026) in various tasks including AA (anti Drone) and supressive fire missions requiring long continous fire. MG 42 is rapid fire but not enough accurate and heat resistant as good old Maxim to shoot down drones.

What about the MG34?
