Matt Deperno was targeted after exposing that Dominion machines in Antrim County's 2020 election were accessed remotely by an unknown user with escalated privileges who made changes to the Electronic Management System (EMS) database. These changes were to delete logs and cover up election fraud. Deperno also found that the black squares along side the ballot which identifies ballot info were intentionally modified to induce errors, in order to send ballots into adjudication where bulk batches of ballot votes can be changed at the click of a button, with NO oversight, NO transparency, and NO audit trail. 2020 Election county recorder admits that voting machines would not count ballots marked with a sharpie because they would bleed through the paper ballot and affect the vote. They found that it was very easy to assign a mail-in ballot to a voter through the software. In Dallas they found over 57,000 votes were tampered with after being received back and recorded by the state.
