Now that the Hood is out, Rocket would like to quickly explain how Jubilee's teamup with him work. When you pop your orb or push an enemy with your ult, you mark them with a little icon on top of their health bar called a "Sparkle Mark". Hitting an ally or enemy with this mark consumes it, and gives you laser-like attacks, it can even headshot if you use the base version of the Hood. If you use the advanced version however, the mark doesn't get consumed, allowing you to refresh the duration of your hitscan mode up until the mark disappears naturally. If you refresh your hitscan mode right before the mark expires, you can keep it going up until the cooldown of your explosion finishes, allowing you to refill the meter all over again. The current trends of amateur-to-pro S&C get it wrong with heavy emphasis on THE WEIGHTROOM & max effort everything (esp baseball). Here's an example of the training mentality that should be utilized*. I am bad with kinesiology terms because I'm somebody who's always known how to train themselves (eg designed a 4-month program to induce the scoliosis that I needed to get at 9 years old; it worked). The thing that is really missing from current S&C is the understanding that the majority of the training should be low-to-medium range intensity. This helps build "muscle memory" to repeat your mechanics when in a competitive environment (Central Nervous System-focused mentality). *Note: I never trained with this kind of move, but I wish I had. While I had specific "regiment" I did before HS, it was always so "I can walk when I'm 40" (which means it also had athletic benefits). This is where "movement-based" S&C trainers, like Barry Lovelace from my hometown, could be of use to people who "know how to train themselves;" helping athletes to jump start a broader pattern of S&C thought.

Here’s what you need to know: In 3 words: Speed, stability, dynamism ✔ Speed: This new version allows you to animate an image in a few seconds, much faster than previous versions. ✔ Stability: Until now, Vidu was way too dynamic, and we had very little control over it, making storytelling particularly complicated. This version is extremely stable, allowing you to create stories easily. ✔ Image Style Fidelity: This version is extremely faithful to your image styles, something the previous version of Vidu had a lot of trouble with, as it always tried to change the appearance and texture of characters. This version perfectly retains the image style! For example, at 00:19. ✔ Transitions: The transitions have been greatly improved; they are also very stable! At 00:16, you have examples of transitions. It's also a big step forward! ✔ Better Prompt Understanding: Another excellent thing for storytelling! ✔ I also note Vidu 2.0's ability to identify tiny characters and animate them dynamically, which is really great!! My whole company runs on skills I bundled into a GitHub repo. Here's how to build the same thing for your team: - Put your skills in a GitHub repo - Get Claude to write the couple of JSON files that make it readable as a plugin - In Claude Code, type /plugin, go to marketplaces, add marketplace, paste your repo URL - Split the plugins by department, so your copywriter isn't installing the finance skills It works in Codex too. I've got the same team skills installed there and I use them the same way. Now when I build something like my Notion formatting skill, I add it to the repo and it lands on everyone's Claude and Codex. If someone wrecks a skill, we roll it back to an older version. The key is enabling auto-update, so when someone improves a skill everyone benefits. I don't have a clue how the JSON works. I got Claude to set the whole thing up for me. Start with one skill and before you know it your whole team will be AI pilled.
