Top-Down analysis in 4 simple steps

Top down is the whole first part of my morning. I start on the higher timeframe to find the draw on liquidity, and I don't even open the 3 or 5 minute until I know which side price is trying to go.
My issue is that I very rarely have a clear Daily BIAS. And when I don't have it for a week or so, I start entering into low prob trades Is there a way to build an HTF framework more often?
On the 4h/1h what do you see. A cisd?
Daily. Hourly. 1Minute is all you need
step 5: daily says long, 1m says short, u take both and lose twice

Your goal is to find the area where price should react. Meantime, there so many areas where price could react and will react, even in this example there 5 FVG's and you never know which one will give real reaction, they could all do and then manipulate. Strange advices
