The show doesn't shy away Toph is blind. It's smart enough to show how debilitating it can be her. It's not all fun and joyous to be Toph. Toph's parents coddled her and treated her much like a porcelain doll that couldn't be smashed or sullied. They didn't treat her nor respect

I love how she isn’t daredevil where she’s blind but she might as well have vision She just detects vibrations from an ungodly distance she can’t see actually see people who are in front or behind her only sense their presence

Well, it was technically upside down, just not the way she was thinking. And her telling Suki "you can go ahead and let me drown now" still kills me 🤣🤣🤣

My favorite part was the poster part. And it wasn't even upside down, what she was thinking, but even worse. Her realisation why she should go with Sokka was funny as hell to me. I loved how quick she putted the poster on the wall and then was, ok it's not working.
