A woman, sitting in the middle of a road in Tainan City, is struck by debris amidst the typhoon's chaos. The storm, responsible for 21 fatalities in Taiwan, unleashed strong winds and torrential rain, leading to severe disruption and damage. The video shows a white car being lifted and hurled by the storm's intense winds, while trees are violently swayed, and visibility is drastically reduced due to the rain and airborne debris.
