I think that's just the rain/hail.

It was confirmed tornado

Believe that’s just a wall cloud. Now there was radar reported rotation but nothing confirmed.

The flooding in Memphis is crazy

If that was a tornado that would be the biggest tornado ever. Even greater than the size of El Reno. That is a rain/hail shaft. Now, there might have been a tornado inside that was rain wrapped. But definitely that was not a tornado.
