Let's not punish his dog, though. If a dog has been abused or is fearful after being abused, it may exhibit displaced aggression, like people do. It may be a very sweet dog in fight or flight mode. Punish this man, not the dog, but remove this dog from his care immediately.

He took off because with Ontario's apparent new laws regarding dogs biting. The owner either faces criminal charges, the dog is put down or both.

I hope they take his dog from him, he's probably abused. I also hope they dont put that dog down :( I hope the other is alright

Hopefully, they caught the attack on CCTV, also as an FYI, some retailers recycle their cameras every 24 hours, so the footage may be lost as well always good to call police ASAP to preseve the CCTV footage @TPSOperations @TPSOperations @311Toronto

His dog does not look happy. Are the other dog and the owner okay?

Not my area of town, but hopefully some folks in that neighborhood will know who he is. $1 says this isn't the first incident with this guy.

If he’s abusing that dog, they need to consider that and not put the dog down. The poor animals is constantly anxious and in fear. It will likely behave differently with better humans. I hope the other dog is okay also. 😥 this is so sad.
