Moments ago, William Deck, an Ontario Crown prosecutor, told a Toronto justice of the peace that he will not pursue charges against David Menzies, dealing a stinging rebuke to the police who have been targeting him. Deck told the court there is “no reasonable prospect of conviction” — something the whole world could see from the very beginning. UPDATE: The police are still keeping our reporter David Menzies in jail Instead of arresting the violent Hamas thugs, they arrested David Menzies. Ezra Levant 🍁🚛 in downtown Toronto at the 52 Division police station. Our reporter David Menzies is in the jail inside. Here’s hisupdate: Ezra heard from Leora Shemesh, the lawyer we hired for David. She says the police are deciding whether to release him tonight or to keep him in jail, and actually have a bail hearing for him in the morning. As in, to try to keep him in jail until his trial. Trial for what? If you watch the video of his arrest, it’s David who was assaulted by pro-Hamas protesters. They hit him, shoved him and slapped the microphone out of his hand. And they hit our cameraman, @realmonsanto, too. David did nothing wrong at all. Police were standing RIGHT THERE. But instead of arresting the violent Hamas thugs, they arrested David. David was completely flabbergasted. When he asked what the charge was, you can hear the cop saying it’s for failure to leave the premises. Huh? It’s a public square. In front of City Hall. NEW: North Carolina high school student who went viral for hitting his teacher has been smacked with felony charges & is being charged as an adult. This is how it’s done. 17-year-old Aquavis Hickman has been indicted on assault and kidnapping charges for two separate incidents. Hickman assaulted one of his teachers in February and another in April. “We stand with teachers. We will fight to protect those teachers. Remember this wreck in Dayton Ohio? The family of the victim reached out to me this morning. Evidently the Amazon Prime driver David Amegashie was not arrested. As matter of fact, the family reached out to me for answers since I've been the only media source covering this. The local media has been silent. It is clear what happened here. There has been other wrecks similar to this, like the wreck in Chattanooga on Mothers Day, where the driver was immediately arrested. I have copies of the police report. Can we look into this? Their score is only the 12th, and their Michigan state percentile is now only 3.4%, which is 0 stars on the rating website. Some of you have been on this board for years and things have gotten worse in this district. One thing has remained unchanged since to 2011, and that's mister Roberts being superintendent. Every parent in this district should be asking campus board, why is mister Roberts still the superintendent here? Another question is, why is mister Roberts running these board meetings? Why is he blocking controlling information to a board member, he's not a member of this board. Things have gotten really con convoluted here and boundaries have been crossed. The school board is the governing body of the school district, and mister Roberts is only an advisor to this board. Mister Pearl, as board President, it's actually your job to preside over and conduct these meetings, not the superintendent. Mister Roberts should not even be speaking unless giving a report on district issues or if a question is posed to him. And he definitely does not have the authority County to control information or access or ban specific board members from anything. So, mister Pearl, why are you allowing the superintendent to usurp your authority at these meetings? Maybe you shouldn't be the board president. So no wonder this District is failing, you can't even conduct a school board meeting correctly. It's a new year now and time for a new direction for the sport. Success! Rebel News allowed to attend a Toronto Police Service Board meeting — much to the chagrin of the brass! Astute viewers of Rebel News are likely aware that the brass at the Toronto Police Service don't like us all that much. The reason? Well, unlike the trained seals in the state-approved and the state-funded mainstream media, we don’t follow government guidelines when practicing journalism. Which is it to say, we are uncompromised and are committed to bringing you the truth – regardless of how ugly that truth can be at times. That means reporting on those endless pro-Hamas hate rallies in predominantly Jewish neighbourhoods. Alas, our mere presence at such events incenses the Hamasholes. As for the response by the police? They arrest and incarcerate us. Then they go back to delivering coffee and Timbits to the pro-genocide reprobates. As well, the TPS media relations department will not return our emails requesting comment. Incredibly, we are also forbidden to attend police press conferences! This might have something to do with us asking pesky questions about the latest scandal at the TPS. So it was last Wednesday we paid a visit to Toronto Police Service headquarters to take in the March meeting of the Toronto Police Service Board. Would the police actually have the audacity to remove us from the board meeting? Especially now in light of Project South, the investigation into several cops being criminally charged with everything from theft and fraud to conspiracy to commit murder? After all, when this stunning news broke, TPS Chief Myron Demkiw repeated over and over and over again that the police are committed to transparency and accountability and restoring public trust. Things got off to a rocky start when the infamous hothead Officer Bubbles hassled Rebel News cameraman Lincoln Jay about his media accreditation. Bubbles, who was in a state of anger as per usual, eventually backed down. Presumably he was worried about causing a scene (as if that has ever prevented Bubbles from acting like a hostile goon in the past, but never mind…) At the board meeting, we bumped into Derek Moran. Moran is a citizen who for several years now has been attending board meetings to make deputations. He’s akin to a police watchdog. Naturally, his presence is not appreciated by the brass. Indeed, two years ago, Moran was arrested at a board meeting for trespass and held for several hours in a cell. His crime? He spoke past the allotted five minutes of deputation time! (Note: this time limit does not apply to police officers nor staff nor politicians at TPS Board meetings – just members of the public who pay their salaries…) Moran began his deputation by thanking and praising Rebel News! It was completely unexpected albeit very appreciated. As for the reaction by the Toronto Police brass? This is terrorism. IRGC terror sleeper cells are active in Canada. The IRGC has been officially listed as a terrorist organization in Canada since June 19, 2024. Mehran Mohagheghi, 39, a supporter of the IRGC, deliberately rammed his vehicle into cars and people at the end of the Free Iran rally in Richmond Hill, clearly targeting the anti-IRGC crowd. After striking two cars and a man, he got out, pulled out an IRGC flag, and began waving it defiantly. How is this not being treated as a hate-motivated terrorist attack? I hope the York Regional Police handle this better than the Toronto Police, but I’m not optimistic.

A ceremony to commemorate the funeral of Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah took place at the Medina Tul Ilm Center, a mosque in Toronto. The ceremony was lead by Imam Sayed Abid Raza Naqvi, who claimed Hassan Nasrallah was going to a place "in the Holy of Holies." Sayed Abid Raza Naqvi called for the destruction of "The Enemies of Islam" by calling for "Israel, its allies, and leaders (to) all get destroyed." Ironically, he is saying this in Canada, which is an ally of Israel, so is therefor calling for the destruction of Canada. Chants of "Death To Israel" are then heard by the members of the mosque. Given the compromised state of Toronto Police, we don't believe anything will be done despite Hezbollah being a designated terrorist, incitement of violence being encouraged, and hate speech being present. In fact, it is of public opinion of Toronto Police Operations Toronto Police Association that it is in fact Islamophobic if a group of Muslims calling for terrorism are labelled as Pro-Terror, regardless of evidence present as per Officer Farhan As usual, this is solely in the Interest of the Public and don't expect any law enforcement agency to act on this information.
