Let’s get started: first thing we need to do is lock in our character and style. You can use your own LoRA like I did, or generate any character. I used Mystic on @freepik. Set up the scene with your prompt and choose a style so the entire clip has a consistent look.

Now comes the fun part. We take the image and use it as a ref for Flux Kontext in Freepik. We keep the style we selected earlier and use the prompt to tell it what we want in the composition. Check it out!

From here, I recommend creating a pseudo-storyboard like the one you see attached, with the different scenes that will make up the final clip. This will help you get a clear idea and have the stills ready for animation later. Now let’s get to it.

Again, in Freepik, we go to video. Choose Veo 3 and upload the frame you want to animate. It won’t just generate the video but also the audio, so we can include that in the prompt too. I used JSON prompting. Take a look. Prompt's in the ALT👉

And from here on, it’s all about constant iteration. So, once you’ve got everything locked in, you can keep building the story consistently with Kontext and bring it to life using Veo 3! Here’s a Freepik link that includes 30% off Premium plans!

this is very dope fam. and thanks! here is something im concerned about here. freepik out of all the apps i used, seems to eat up credits like it's its job. purchased a freepik yearly plan and they just give your all the credits for the year up front! burned through all those making vidoes, bought some more, those are almost gone! so i just stopped making videos on freepik... now im assuming doing veo3 videos with audio on freepik is gonna be like 300,000 credits per video 😂. not sure this will be viable fam im gonna be honest. your thoughts from using it?

I get what you're saying, man! But in the end, using these cutting-edge tools is more expensive because of the computational cost, which obviously hits your wallet. I'm sure the models will get more efficient over time, and that'll help bring down the number of credits used per generation. Right now it ranges from 4000 for 8 seconds in Veo 3 without sound to 6000 for those same 8 seconds with sound.
