All industry, especially in urban areas, are pushing these folks through and giving them jobs they don't qualify for, while they ignore the application ls and resumes of experienced white males. I'm super analytical... and I've noticed that white men are only being hired at about a ratio of 1-2 out of every 10 new jobs that don't require a degree or some type of specific qualifications in my city... Even though we represent a much higher percentage of the population. In the UK, it's way worse... White UK men under 25 are only getting 1 out of every 27 new jobs. This is by design, folks.
