Overhead shrugs might be my favourite way to train traps, that isn't doing RDL's or pulls. It's a movement that gets away from a depressed scapula which is common in bodybuilding exercise selection. Overhead shrugs can contribute to shoulder stability, making your shoulder joints more resilient to stress and injury. It forms part of my shoulder health plans. Additionally the upper play a role in neck strength and stability. Strengthening these muscles can help reduce the risk of neck pain and discomfort. Which is why I started reintroducing it as part of complete neck training protocol. Also mere diversity and novel stimulus make this a worthwhile entry, grab an empty bar and go!

Everyone queues for Sagrada Familia where it costs ~€30 and you’re packed shoulder to shoulder with tourists, but Catalans come here instead and it’s free for residents and €11 for tourists. It’s 1,000 years old, built into a mountain at 1,200 meters, with 70 Benedictine monks still living here and one of Europe’s oldest boys’ choirs. The Black Madonna (Virgin of Montserrat) is Catalunya’s patron saint, so this is where locals come for baptisms, first communions, and Christmas with their families. On a clear day you can see all of Catalunya from the top and sometimes even Mallorca. Happy holidays to you all.

You can now: ✅ Verify the camera view (Main/Wide) ✅ Mark “Windshield clean complete” ✅ Perform a DAS Reset directly from the touchscreen This should make it easier to restore optimal camera performance after cleaning the windshield in front of the cameras. The Hidden Blade is mainly used for stealth take-downs ✅No present day segments. I was informed that it will be replaced with new moments that explore Edward’s past with his wife, along with some “what if” scenarios like Edward siding with the Templars, for example, likely related to Juno’s involvement in the original narrative 📜Thoughts: While the demo I played featured only a portion of the map, Resynced has potential to replace the original as the definitive experience of Edward Kenway’s story I also wasn’t able to experience any of Rifts that replace the modern day, so for me, as a fan of the series’ lore and present day since 2007, the absence of a traditional modern day is the only let down that prevents me from fully replacing the original with it, as present day and sci-do elements are the DNA of the franchise and what makes it stand out It would also be great if mission replay is added later, a feature the OG had by default, like its predecessors That said, everything else very much elevated what was in the original, which made going back to replay it show how dated it feels by comparison I look forward to the final game, and to see future games inherit this formula of a defined protagonist, focused progression and no RPG elements😎

What if workouts were generated like this? Built a dumbbell routine as a motion sheet with GPT Image 2 Then turned it into a video with Seedance 2.0 I tested 4 exercises in 15s, it works, but 2–3 exercises would probably give the best output. With the MLB draft coming up in 21 days, it's time to start prepping some of these guys to transition into pro ball! I fully expect to hear Ariston Veasey's name called EARLY this year. It's easy to see why: ✅ Sits 95 mph ✅ Tops 98 mph ✅ 20" IVB fastball (cut-ride 👀) ✅ Nasty slider ✅ ~60% whiff rate ✅ 32% K rate ✅ .138 BAA ✅ Absolute DOG on the mound The crazy part? Ariston is new to pitching! Not kidding. He had 10 innings in his entire life before I started coaching him last year. He's an elite athlete who is easy to coach because he can actually make adjustments if cued the right way. He dominated hitters this year with only 2 pitches. They're both elite and will play in pro ball. However, the untapped potential here is the best part. I've seen him throw changeups literally one time, and he threw some of the best ones I've ever seen. See for yourself in the first 3 pitches in the bullpen video. The kid's just got it.
