One of the reasons I stood up in court and called for the arrest of Eliud Lagat is that, just like the junior police officers who have been charged with murder, he has also been identified as a suspect in this case,indeed, as the main suspect. It is Eliud Lagat who ordered the DCI to carry out the abduction, and he is the one who ordered the police to kill. If the officers who carried out those orders are being charged with murder, then why is the person who gave the orders not being charged as well? Furthermore, it took the IPOA less than two weeks to arrest and charge the junior police officers with murder. Why, then, is it taking them so long to arrest the main suspect? Dear Donald J. Trump, Please come and rescue Nigeria. This video shows Tinubu’s son being received by state officials like a public office holder despite having no constitutional role. This is not symbolism, it is a total state capture under the APC. Institutions have collapsed, power has been privatized and nepotism now openly replaces democracy. Nigeria is drifting toward civilian autocracy and the world should not pretend otherwise. We can't continue like this.
