One of the reasons I stood up in court and called for the arrest of Eliud Lagat is that, just like the junior police officers who have been charged with murder, he has also been identified as a suspect in this case,indeed, as the main suspect. It is Eliud Lagat who ordered the DCI to carry out the abduction, and he is the one who ordered the police to kill. If the officers who carried out those orders are being charged with murder, then why is the person who gave the orders not being charged as well? Furthermore, it took the IPOA less than two weeks to arrest and charge the junior police officers with murder. Why, then, is it taking them so long to arrest the main suspect?
