I’m glad that I’m the other end of the country from the hospital my mum died in for this reason! You are doing amazingly well and whilst that trigger will be there for you, over the weeks it will become lesser. Whilst we can’t see them, they are always with us xx

Tough day… 💔 I’m sorry. I avoided chemo on my second diagnosis. But I have major medical trauma now. Even being in the parking lot of the hospital triggers me.

So very sorry you are going through this. Life can be so hard. I will pray for you to get stronger so you can just look back and remember all the good times you had with your Mom. Also, to not have any anxiety when remembering what happened in the. 🫶😉🙏🏼💖
