Director Jon Burton said on this Gamehut channel that Pixar were so late in providing this games pre-rendered sprite animation that he improvised their own sprites/animation just so the game wouldn't risk missing the deadline. And thank God they were able to scrap it! Yikes!

This Betafootage uses Travaler Tails test model that they were going to use if Pixar coulden't supply theirs with animations yet.
