TPUSA has some serious explaining to do after $8.5 MILLION goes missing into a shell company, doesn't provide ANY paper work for the money, misses IRS deadlines, and pays more this year than any other year to employees when they just had a 33% reduction in their staff. This...

🚨TPUSA COO Tyler Bowyer has responded to Candace Owens’ claims about “funny money” at TPUSA saying "she made something up." Candace on her show this week, read out an internal Charlie Kirk email dated Sept 2, in which he mentioned wanting to “engage in an organizational-wide ‘DOGE’ effort.” Owens used this as part of her allegation that there were irregularities in TPUSA’s finances, later saying “the money was looking funny.” An X user tagged both Candace and Bowyer, asking: “But is the internal audit of Turning Point USA that Candace Owens reported still going forward? It's bad enough tax-exempt organizations don't have to disclose donors. So you can't be upset many of us are asking questions before you all move forward.” Bowyer replied: “She took a sentence and made something up. TPUSA does an audit every year… always has. Charlie constantly looked for ways to make everything we do more efficient — that’s why TPUSA operates eight times more effectively than any similar organization.” This exchange came under a post from Bowyer, where he appeared to address Candace’s "baseless mudslinging" Charlie Kirk’s death: “I am sorry I have to tweet this… but I do. Accusing innocent people - much worse, accusing the people who knew Charlie best, loved him more than just about anyone, and witnessed his death - isn’t just wrong, it’s baseless mudslinging on the same level as calling someone a Nazi or fascist who is not. It signals to crazy people many evil ideas, thoughts and feelings. It is calling the good, bad, and the innocent, criminal.”

Some millennials have been working for 20 years and are still confused by corporate 😂 For those who are still in the dark let me fill you in. Your performance doesn't matter. Your performance review doesn't matter. Your compensation has been set by a budget committee a year ago. You are not "overachieving" anything. Management has a fixed pool of money to pay the people they manage so they can give them raises less than inflation. If they give you more money, they have to give someone else less money. It's a zero-sum game. Managers actually have a larger pool of money to hire new employees because corporations recognize that new hires need to be incentivized to come over. They won't just leave their company for the same money. If you've been at the same company for 5 years you are underpaid. If you've been at the same company for 10 years you are paid less than a new hire at a competitor. Loyalty doesn't matter because there is no reason for a company to voluntarily pay you more money. Corporations already know that over 95% of employees will not go anywhere and will take whatever they get. Even if that's nothing. There's no reason to pay everybody more money when only a tiny percentage of workers will leave. Even if you leave... (remember over 95% of employees will not) ... the corporation will distribute the work you were doing among all your coworkers. And they will take on the extra work. And they will stay. For nothing. Because in addition to a salary, what an employee wants is to not have to look for a new job. That's all the want. They don't want to move anywhere. And companies know it, and they will take advantage of that. Now you know! You're welcome.
