Men who train consistently live a very different life as compared with Men who look for escapism in Alcohol, Substances, Porn etc. The Gym is a beautiful hour for Men. We train to deal with Disappointments. We tame our anger. We settle emotions. We prepare for life. We clear our head. We will not trade this discipline with anything else.

In 2020, staff at the Belgian thrift store Opnieuw & Co uncovered a photo album containing more than 60 images of Hollywood stars, each posing with the same woman. The discovery quickly drew international attention. The woman was identified as Maria Snoeys-Lagler, a former member of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association. The album had been found among donated items, its origins initially a mystery. Following Maria’s death in 2016, media coverage helped trace her family, and the album was ultimately returned to her daughter in California.

Teams that don’t strike out at a high clip win more games. Simple as that. This is amplified at the college level — and even more at the high school level and below. Once you get to two strikes, it becomes a team at-bat. Grind it out. Compete your tail off. Choke up, shorten up, widen out, move closer to the plate — whatever helps you execute your two-strike approach. Some call it their “B swing.” Make the pitcher work. We preach “look fastball away and adjust,” but there are plenty of effective two-strike approaches. You have to experiment and find what fits your swing and mindset best. A quality two-strike approach often leads to hard-hit balls. But even when it doesn’t, the defense still has to field it, throw it, and catch it. That’s pressure. A lot tougher to defend than a right turn back to the dugout. #DoingDirtWork

MUZZLE FLASH AND RECOIL IS WHERE AI VIDEO USUALLY DIES Outdoor range, bright afternoon. Girl in a blue bikini, safety glasses, ear protection. Instructor next to her adjusts her strap so it won't catch on the rifle stock, tells her to go. She shoulders the rifle, holds it clean, fires a burst. None of it exists. There is no range, no instructor, no rifle, no ammunition. - Weapons have been the quiet wall for AI video Everything else about a firearm clip is manageable - the girl, the setting, the lighting. The moment the trigger pulls is where the models fall apart. Muzzle flash has to appear at the right point on the barrel, the right shape, the right frame duration. Recoil has to propagate through the shoulder, arm, head - not just the gun. Brass has to eject. Smoke has to trail. The next shot has to happen with the shooter's stance reset in a physically plausible way. Get any one of those wrong and it reads as bad CGI in an otherwise clean clip. This one holds the whole sequence. - The strap adjustment is the setup, not the reveal The instructor moving the bikini strap off her shoulder before the shot is a specific narrative beat - it grabs attention, sets the tone as light not tactical, and gives the model a small two-body interaction to warm up on before the harder gunfire sequence. It's the same construction technique a live director would use. The operator wrote the prompt with a director's understanding of pacing. - The genre is 'girls with guns' and it's massive This is one of the largest niche formats on Instagram and TikTok - bikini range days, tactical-aesthetic content, gun influencer culture. Millions of views a week, well-monetized by ammunition brands, firearms manufacturers, tactical gear companies. Until now the format required an actual live shoot: range day fees ($150-300), an experienced shooter, live rounds, a rifle, insurance, a permit for filming, and a location that would allow it. That whole cost stack just went to zero. - What it costs to build One locked character reference, one for the instructor. Prompt structured with the strap adjustment as the pre-shot beat and the burst fire as the main sequence. Roughly $4-6 per 5-second clip because of the physics load. Realistically 30-50 rerolls to land a clean burst where muzzle flash, recoil and stance all read correct. Under $200 in compute. One evening. - What this actually opens Every weapons-adjacent content niche just became fully synthetic-viable. Gun influencers that don't own guns. Ammunition brand ads that don't need range access. Tactical gear campaigns without stunt coordinators. And the harder implication: the same pipeline generates fake footage of specific weapons in specific hands - a category that until now required actual footage of actual events. The trust cost on any weapons-related clip circulating on social media just went up permanently.

🚨 $XRP SQUEEZES AT $1.46 AS 1H RSI LINES ARE CROSSING TURNING BULLISH — IS THE NEXT BREAKOUT LOADING?! 😳🔥📈 $XRP has gone from an explosive breakout to tight consolidation around $1.46–$1.48 — and that compression could be setting up the NEXT volatility move. 📈 The interesting part is what’s happening across timeframes: 🟢 1H RSI: RSI is crossing back above its signal average around the mid-40s. That’s an early bullish momentum signal, but it still needs price confirmation. 🟡 4H RSI: Sitting near 58, well below the extreme 80+ readings from the initial pump. In other words, $XRP has cooled off significantly without giving back the entire breakout. Now watch the levels: 🟢 HOLD ~$1.46 + break the current range ➡️ $1.70 becomes the major upside test again. 🔥 BREAK $1.70 ➡️ the chart opens the door toward $2+ territory. 🔴 LOSE $1.46 ➡️ $1.34 becomes the key downside support, with the $1.30 zone sitting directly underneath. $1.46 HOLDS ➡️ $1.70 NEXT? 👀🚀

In simple terms: The best hitters create power and adjustability by using their trunk (rib cage and torso) efficiently. When the shoulders stay back a little longer, hitters gain two huge advantages: 👉They don't commit too early, which gives them more time to recognize and adjust to pitches. 👉They can create a bigger burst of speed when it's time to swing. Think of it like a rubber band. The longer you can keep tension without forcing it, the more powerful the release. For that to happen, the upper body and lower body can't move as one rigid piece. The pelvis starts and slows down at different times than the rib cage. That separation is what creates both power and adjustability. ❌Hitters who move everything together usually have to commit earlier and have fewer options when the pitch isn't what they expected. Power and adjustability aren't opposites—they come from the same ability to sequence the body correctly. Use this simple drill connecting a pvc pipe or long tube to the chest and practice your best range of motion every day before you hit.

On Tuesday evening in Tehran, the IRGC paraded a loaded Ghadr-110 medium-range ballistic missile through a crowded residential street at Vanak Square. The crowd chanted the Supreme Leader’s name as the authority behind the launcher. Hours later, Trump posted “unless we blow up the rest of their Country, their leaders included.” Nobody is reading these as the same conversation. The Vanak Square footage circulated widely on the night of April 21, 2026, corroborated by multiple independent observers including Iran International affiliated accounts, OSINT monitors, and diaspora media. The launcher in the footage is a Ghadr-110, per Grokipedia, Wikipedia and CSIS a medium-range ballistic missile with 1,800 to 2,000 kilometer range, 30-minute setup time, sufficient to reach Israel, every US base in the Middle East, and southeastern Europe. The chant reported by multiple accounts translates from Persian as “if negotiations don’t work, your answer is Seyed Majid’s missile.” Seyed Majid is Mojtaba Khamenei. The crowd invoked the Supreme Leader by name as the authority sanctioning a real missile with real range. Around 8:36 PM Eastern the same day, per Fox News Digital, NPR, and CBS reporting, Trump posted on Truth Social: “if we do that, there can never be a Deal with Iran, unless we blow up the rest of their Country, their leaders included.” Tehran parade first, Washington reply second, inside the same twelve-hour window, on the day of ceasefire expiration. The doctrine predates the blockade by six weeks. On March 31, 2026, the hacktivist group Edalat-e Ali leaked a 33-page IRGC missile command directive titled “Instruction for Identification, Maintenance and Use of Positions,” analyzed by Washington Institute’s Farzin Nadimi and reported by Iran International, FDD, The Week, and VINnews. The document specifies civilian hospitals, schools, sports halls, warehouses, industrial sheds, and residential areas as pre-mapped “artificial dispersion” and “technical positions” for launcher storage, warhead mounting, and liquid fueling. Larger Khorramshahr launchers are painted white to resemble civilian trailers. Per Reuters citing five US intelligence officials, one-third of Iran’s missile stockpile was destroyed in Epic Fury. Per Pentagon April 8 readout, over 450 ballistic missile storage facilities were struck and 80 percent of production base degraded. CENTCOM and DoD issued formal warnings about IRGC positioning in “heavily populated civilian areas.” IDF Persian has published photographs of Basij inside schools. Vahidi’s calculation is legible. Per ISW’s April 18 Special Report, he secured temporary control over Iran’s negotiating position after reversing Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi’s April 17 Strait reopening signal within twenty-four hours. The Araghchi track had privately asked Trump to accept the opening. Vahidi overruled them and put a Ghadr-110 in Vanak Square. Trump replied by outing the civilian appeal publicly and naming “leaders included” as the consequence. Message, overrule, counter-signal, targeting reply. Vahidi is not negotiating. He is positioning Mojtaba’s name onto a launcher. The trap is physics versus politics. Trump’s Kharg reservoir clock runs on arithmetic per FDD’s Miad Maleki. Twenty million barrels spare onshore storage, 1.5 million barrels per day surplus, thirteen days from April 13, landing April 26. Reservoir damage that follows is permanent. Vahidi’s urban dispersal clock runs on political cost. Every embedded Ghadr-110 raises the cost of striking it, because the next Shajareh Tayyebeh Minab will be the next 168 dead Iranian schoolgirls, and the propaganda cascade erodes domestic support. The Four Clocks convergence opens in four days. Watch the launchers. Not the talks.

I got some free credits from vivago.ai (HiDream) and created this video. I love the final results, and the quality is crazy. Prompt: A cozy outdoor café on a rainy evening where a young couple enjoys dinner beneath a large emerald-green umbrella. The scene opens with a cinematic wide shot of rain falling through lush green trees while warm golden light spills from the café windows onto the wet pavement. The camera slowly dollies forward as raindrops bead and roll across the umbrella. The woman gently lifts a bite of food with chopsticks and smiles naturally. The man returns her smile before taking a sip of his drink. Soft wind rustles the leaves as rain creates delicate ripples in puddles and reflections shimmer across the glossy street. The camera transitions into intimate medium shots and finishes with a close-up of their genuine smiles while rain falls peacefully in the background. Style: ultra-realistic live-action, cinematic romance, luxury commercial quality, natural human expressions, premium color grading, soft diffused overcast lighting with warm practical café lights, realistic rain simulation, physically accurate reflections, subtle depth of field, smooth cinematic dolly and slider movements, high dynamic range, atmospheric volumetric lighting, lush greenery, elegant composition, filmic look, shot on ARRI Alexa 35 with anamorphic lenses, 4K HDR, 24fps, highly detailed, immersive, emotionally warm.

🇮🇹 Lancia Delta S4 Prototype Testing 🇫🇮 Markku Alen Testing in this clip. Project Genesis: Development on the SE038 began in earnest around 1983–1984 to succeed the legendary rear-wheel-drive 037, as Lancia needed a four-wheel-drive contender to match the dominant Audi Sport Quattro and Peugeot 205 T16. Chassis & Layout: Unlike the production road car, which was a front-engine, front-wheel-drive hatchback, the Delta S4 was a bespoke, mid-engined space-frame machine covered in lightweight composite and fiberglass body panels designed to resemble the everyday Delta. Twin-Charging Innovation: The prototype showcased Lancia's groundbreaking twin-charging system—pairing an Volumex roots-type supercharger for instant low-end throttle response with a large KKK turbocharger that took over at higher RPMs. This eliminated turbo lag and provided immense power across the rev range. Testing Phase: Early prototype testing took place in secret across rough gravel tracks in Italy and snow-covered passes in the Alps. Drivers like Markku Alén and Henri Toivonen and others put early mules through rigorous endurance and handling evaluations, battling traction and cooling challenges inherent in shoving a high-boost twin-charged engine into a compact silhouette. The prototype eventually evolved into the race-ready Group B car that debuted and won on its very first outing at the 1985 RAC Rally. 🎥 Lancia 👏🏻👏🏻 #italy #lancia #motorsport #s4

🚨🇷🇺 RUSSIA TAUGHT ITS ISKANDER-M BALLISTIC MISSILE TO DODGE U.S. PATRIOT DEFENSES IN THE FINAL SECONDS Russia’s Iskander-M has learned to change the way it flies when air defenses have only seconds left to react. Modified Russian missiles now dive at steeper angles and maneuver during the terminal phase, breaking the predictable flight paths that U.S.-made Patriot systems use to calculate an interception. One Ukrainian official described the upgrade as a “game-changer.” 🔸 SOFTWARE CHANGED THE THREAT: Updated control and guidance systems allow the Iskander-M to depart from its expected descent path and make abrupt maneuvers as it closes on the target. 🔸 PATRIOT GETS LESS TIME TO REACT: The steep final dive compresses the engagement window and forces interceptors to adjust against a missile no longer following the trajectory calculated seconds earlier. 🔸 THE MISSILE WAS ALREADY BUILT TO SURVIVE: Iskander-M combines a depressed flight profile with decoys, electronic countermeasures, a small radar signature and mobile launchers carrying two ready missiles. 🔸 EVERY INTERCEPTION CREATES NEW DATA: Years of combat have shown Russian designers how Patriot and other Western systems detect, track and engage ballistic targets. That information can be converted into repeated software and guidance updates. 🔸 MASS ATTACKS MAKE THE PROBLEM WORSE: Geran drones and cruise missiles can saturate sensors, consume interceptors and overload command networks before ballistic missiles enter the most demanding phase of the attack. 🔸 RECENT STRIKES SHOW WHAT THIS MEANS IN PRACTICE: Russia used Iskander-M ballistic missiles as part of its July 19 massed strike, breaking through around Kiev and hitting a network of missile, drone and military-logistics facilities. The targets included military plants and major storage and assembly hubs supporting Ukraine’s long-range weapons programmes. Missile defense has become a continuous adaptation race — and Russia can repeatedly change trajectories, software and strike combinations while the defender must update tactics and preserve scarce interceptors. Is Russia winning the missile-versus-interceptor technology race?

Reindeer Herder in Northern Mongolia 🇲🇳 Mongolia’s Tsaatan Reindeer Herders; a diminishing nomadic tribe who live in the depths of the Taiga in northern Mongolia are one of last groups of nomadic reindeer herders in the world. There about 400 Dukha people of 70-80 families live in communities, usually a group of two to seven households. Mongolian reindeer people life is completely dependent on the Reindeer they herd, often moving their small encampment tepees 5-10 times a year in search of suitable weather and moss for the reindeer. This vast region is home to several thousand square kilometres of natural habitat classified as taiga (boreal forest) located within the Shishged River watershed of Altai-Sayan mountains (largest mountain range in southern Siberia) and provides home range for the world’s southern-most indigenous reindeer population and their herders – Tsaatan. Mongolia’s Tsaatan reindeer herders are Mongolia’s smallest ethnic minority – a community of nomadic reindeer herders with strong shamanist beliefs. Originally from Tuva in Siberia, they have historically inhabited the border region of Russia and Mongolia. Ethnically, community identifies as Dukha, but their lifestyle as reindeer herders earned them the Mongolian name Tsaatan, which means roughly ‘with reindeer.’ At the end of 20th Century Mongolian reindeer number decreased drastically from 2280 to 616. Thanks to the number of organizations, individuals, foundations, as well as Mongolian government contributed the Dukha tribe to keep their traditional way of life and increase the reindeer head. Mongolian reindeer herder Tsaatans proudly celebrated the 2000 Reindeer Festival in August 2019. Indeed, Mongolia reindeer number reached 2690 by 2020. Tsaatans use the reindeer as the main way of transportation such as travel for hunting, the collection of firewood, as a pack animal for seasonal migrations, visiting relatives and friends, and traveling to the town for shopping and trade. Reindeer milk is part of Tsaatans' staple food from which they make cheese, milk tea, butter, and yogurt. A reindeer gives 96-100 liters of thick and rich milk during the milking season. Tsaatans occasionally eat reindeer meat, but overall they prefer to increase the reindeer number instead of slaughtering. Tsaatans or Dukha people begin training reindeer for riding when the reindeer are two years old ridden by children because the adults are too heavy to ride the two-year-old. However, ridden by adults at age of three when reindeer are strong enough. During the nomadic movement, the male reindeer usually carry loads weighing about 40 kg while females carry up to 30 kg. When the weather is cooler, the reindeer are vigorous and healthy. Dukhas usually settle down at an altitude of 2300 m above the sea level, but 1800 m in winter where they can be sheltered and avoid the frigid winds. Snow is not an obstacle for reindeer to find and eat moss because they can dig in the snow with their hooves and find moss easily. The young males are castrated after mid-September when the weather cools down. The end of September to early October is a mating season for reindeer. The gestation period for a reindeer is about seven months. Monthly, Mongolian government has been granting some amount of money both for adults and children in the community. Another source of income is tourism but it covers a few of the households depending on their encampment locations. Though, eco-friendly travel is vital. They randomly sell the reindeer or its skin. Instead, hunt in the mountains in autumn for winter food. Tsaatans have the closest relation with nature and know how to use the herbs and plants for medicinal purposes or food. Surplus medicinal plants, berries, and pinecone nuts are sold in the nearby towns or bartered in exchange for food and clothes. They, also catch fish spearing them with long poles. 🎥© mongolempire_ (IG) #archaeohistories

26.09.03 🎬 12 Years of Cha Eunwoo, the Actor From his brief first appearance as the healthy version of Ahreum in My Brilliant Life on September 3, 2014, to the actor he is today, every role has added another character, another story and another facet to Cha Eunwoo’s acting journey. After his first appearance in My Brilliant Life, his early years brought a fictionalized version of himself alongside the future ASTRO members in To Be Continued, followed by another playful take on “Cha Eunwoo” in My Romantic Some Recipe, where he quite literally steps out of a cardboard cutout and into a young woman’s life. Hit the Top introduced him as MJ, a popular idol with a confident presence, while Sweet Revenge saw him once again appearing as a fictionalized version of himself. And in Top Management, he became Woo Yeonwoo, a member of the struggling idol group S.O.U.L. trying to find its place in the industry. Each of these early roles brought something different, marking the beginning of a filmography that would soon expand into increasingly diverse characters, stories and genres. Then came the leading roles: the reserved honesty of Do Kyungseok in My ID is Gangnam Beauty, the naive yet increasingly courageous Prince Yirim in Rookie Historian Goo Haeryung, the gentle Angel Raviel in Soul Plate, and the hurt and sadness beneath Lee Suho’s distant exterior in True Beauty. With Jeon Taeryong in Decibel, Yohan in Island and Jin Seowon in A Good Day to Be a Dog, Eunwoo continued to broaden his range — moving between action, humor, tragedy, romance, physical intensity and quiet emotion. And his recent characters have revealed still more sides: the pain and intensity of Kwon Seonyul in Wonderful World, the introverted but quirky dreamer Ahn Yeonmin in The First Ride, and the principled, reserved and mysterious Lee Unjeong in The WONDERfools. A prince and a priest. A student and a teacher. An idol and a Navy submariner — just some among the different characters he has brought to life. Through subtle glances, expressions, body language, timing, physically demanding performances and emotional intensity, Eunwoo has continued to find a different way of bringing each character to life. Different characters. Different emotions. Different worlds. Happy 12th Actor Anniversary, Cha Eunwoo. 💜🥳 12 years of acting — and so many more characters still waiting to be brought to life.✨ #CHAEUNWOO #차은우 CHA EUN-WOO OFFICIAL

I went from ZERO($0) to 5 figures in less than 5 months The year 2024 was a defining year for me and a lot of my friends. This story is one I should have told since but was waiting for the right time It all began in August after losing a cumulative of $20,000. That was literally all I had left with me and was down to less than $300. They say it all begins when you are down to your last 1 million and funny how I didn't even have up to a million Over the course of several days I began asking myself questions as to what I would have done with the money. I could have given my parent their dream house or gotten a car for myself, my mum and started my Agric business. Well, that was how Anxiety started with heavy palpitations and a pulse of 130 Not to bore you, allow me explain step by step as to how I bounced back 1) God - I wont lie to you, God and Prayers are very important in this WEB3. We have very few Normal people on here as this space is toxic enough to destroy you and your mental health 2) Network - See, I know all your idolos are telling you to grind hard which is factually correct but the real profits in this life are from who you know. Check SAYRAAH #WID 📈📉📊 content on networking for more information 2) Excellence - One little lesson I've learned from life is that excellence in itself is not restricted to a particular sphere but its a way of life. I strongly believe the reason all my clients refer me like their lives depend on it is because I handle my job with a unique style of excellence. Starting from my personal page to my clients jobs and even mannerisms 3) Hard work - This aspect has been misused so much. Hard work although very vital must be accompanied with a lot of smart work for you to have results. Scripture shows us that there is a possibility for two people to engage in similar work while they get different result. The one with the smaller result was termed a FOOLISH MAN and the one with better results was called a WISE MAN. The difference is in the knowing, you need to learn how to actually work hard 4) Voice out - Make sure you always voice out when you are not doing as much as you are supposed to. I have a lot of my guys that I tell intricate stuffs about my money-making journey and everyone puts heads together to ensure we all make money I might sound like aspire to perspire but the reality is, bouncing back is difficult but I want you to know that your hard work will eventually pay off I could have just said GOD DID but I know there's someone out there that might need this. Don't stop and don't settle, your future will thank you for it Over the next few days, I would be sharing some opportunities I recently found that I'm sure will print you money. Stay glued

Good energy starts with what you sip. Made with Seedance 2.0 on Fotor Prompt: A premium lifestyle beverage commercial in a bright Scandinavian-style apartment during golden morning light. Large floor-to-ceiling windows flood the room with soft natural sunlight. Warm beige and white interior, minimal décor, indoor plants, wooden coffee table, elegant and cozy atmosphere. Character: A beautiful woman (25–30 years old) with long wavy brown hair, natural makeup, glowing skin, wearing an oversized white linen shirt with light blue jeans. She looks relaxed, confident, and genuinely happy. Shot 1 (0–5s): Medium-wide shot. The woman sits comfortably on a cream-colored sofa, smiling softly while reaching for a chilled pastel-blue beverage can on the coffee table. Slow cinematic dolly-in, natural sunlight, shallow depth of field. Shot 2 (5–10s): Close-up of her hand picking up the can. Tiny water droplets and condensation sparkle on the aluminum surface. She slowly rotates the can so the branding faces the camera. Macro commercial product photography, ultra-sharp details. Shot 3 (10–15s): Medium close-up. She opens the can with a satisfying crisp click. Slow motion as she takes a refreshing sip. Hair gently moves from a soft breeze through the window. Genuine smile and relaxed facial expression. Shot 4 (15–20s): Close-up of her face as she enjoys the drink. Warm sunlight highlights her skin. Camera slowly circles around her while maintaining focus on both her face and the can. Premium advertisement look, smooth handheld movement. Shot 5 (20–24s): Hero product shot. The can is placed on the wooden table in the foreground with glowing golden sunlight behind it. The woman is softly blurred in the background, smiling. Cinematic rack focus transitions from the woman to the can. Luxury commercial finish. Style: Ultra-realistic, cinematic, luxury beverage advertisement, premium brand commercial, natural acting, soft golden-hour lighting, realistic skin texture, shallow depth of field, HDR, global illumination, smooth camera motion, subtle film grain, 4K, photorealistic, high dynamic range, crisp reflections, premium color grading, 24fps, commercial-quality production. Iran launches symbolic missile attack against Israel, which retaliates strongly After Iran launched a symbolic attack against Israel in protest against the attacks on Beirut, hours later it was Israel's turn to retaliate, this time indeed with violence and hitting more than 10 targets in Iran, including Tehran airport and Tehran, Isfahan, Tabriz, Kermanshah, Karaj, and some other areas in western Iran. Israel used air-launched ballistic missiles from Iranian airspace and also dared to launch cruise missiles from ships stationed in the Mediterranean. The White House said the US had no part in the attack; however, strangely, American tanker planes were seen in the air. Refueling whom? It wasn't my motorcycle. There are two questions at this moment: One is that since the Iranian retaliation did not hit targets in Israel in a significant way, it is very likely that Iran still has a serious problem with the refurbishment and upgrade of its long-range missiles. And the other is that perhaps the US has not only reinstated THAAD radars and others but also added more batteries brought from Asia that were positioned in advance in the corridors. Be that as it may, the current situation forces Iran to retaliate and show that it possesses real means of inflicting damage on Israel. There will be no ceasefire in Lebanon in the way Iran desires, simply because Israel saw the quantity of missiles that Hezbollah accumulated in a short period of time and will not allow that again. Israel has its own agenda, its own interests, and they are completely antagonistic to the peace plan that has been discussed. Trump is trying to save his political skin, but Netanyahu will impose his agenda and Trump will be dragged along by it. But while Trump isn't dragged along, Iran seems to be wanting to settle scores with Israel, launching a new wave of missiles along with Yemen, which, by all accounts, has also decided to launch missiles against Israel. It remains to be seen what the level of these attacks will be. In the last few instances, the Houthis launched merely symbolic attacks. Join my substack and support my work:
