If you have a solid strategy, you’ve backtested and forward-tested it, no loss should shake you. You already know the drawdown, and you’re mentally prepared to handle it.

You should trade crypto more often. You will be numb in notime.

Managing those emotions is the hardest part. That's why I agree with what many say: if you want to be a trader, you should still have at least two income streams. It helps reduce the psychological attachment to money🙏

No one outgrows emotions or tendencies to break trading rules , you can only master your emotions.

This is how u would loose all u have gathered , trading is a compounding game , don’t be deceived into staking very high if u don’t have millions somewhere which u are interested in loosing

I watched gold micro contracts go to minus $7,000. Then guy in WH almost fired Fed Chair… contracts recovered to +$20. Out! Sold, and played Pickleball that night.
