I was a conductor for Norfolk southern and road a coal burner 0nce. Heck of an experience.

Love the smell of the coal locomotives

Great video Brick! You are the smartest one there. Well back from the tracks. Got to be safe.

People did get too close here IMHO

Remember when every child would anxiously await the caboose? Fun little memory.

25 feet from the train not 25 inches lol

Have this train sitting on my table in o gauge

Holy bazongas. I didn’t realize how truly large that train is.

Biggest steam engine in the world 🌎

Wouldn't want to scare the train away! They're skittish little critters!

the whistling mid-wit serves no beneficial purpose.

I saw this train in person when it came through Ohio. It was awesome.

Am I the only one who heard "I think I can, I think I can, I think I can" on the approach?

They going to be going through the Horseshoe curve?

They already did.

I definitely missed seeing that

I've lived near trains for most of my life and love them. But, this one is in a class of its own. Thanks for sharing.

I love your bug boy posts. Keep em coming!

Magnificent beast

Watched it come into and out of our yard here in Cheyenne. Always cool to see!

Beautiful!

That's awesome!!

Had to hike mile to get to this spot. Worth it. ✊️

Have you ever ridin’ The Wine Train up and down Napa Valley?

Just awesome! Thank you for sharing Brick!🧱

We should be using locomotives like these still. There is no reason not to.

Very cool. Hoping to see it tomorrow!

Beautiful and spotless!!!

What’s with all the diesel locomotives behind UP 4014?

🥲 is it weird that the sight and sound of this train just brought a flood of emotional tears? Thanks @Brick_Suit ❤️

How fun. I love it!

Wow! Big Boy is putting it mildly! The 🇺🇸 makes it extra special!

When I dispatched, I always assumed foamers were odd. I even had a foamer old head train me

Magnificent piece of engineering history. Way cool these machines are operational.

Great videos!! Big Boy is awesome!!! Saw it a while back at a small town in WY... the stop was about an hour long and maybe 100 people there. Able to get as close as we wanted, watch them put in oil, etc. Unforgettable experience!! 😍

Same dicks stand up & bang on the glass first row in the corners during NHL games....like assholes, they are everywhere

Only in America

@sammie57brown Thank you. I love the “Old Stuff”.., thanks for sharing this today.
