I certainly think stuff has shifted a bit, his pay/deal is much bigger now than 2-3 years ago. I love Train, he’s the only streamer I watch and we all remember when hitting a 10M max was 7th heaven. I remember him hitting a 9.375M max on that Santa Claus game maybe a year or 18 months ago, he was kinda broke and it meant so much to him. His 22.5Ms on Might of Ra used to be a world record for years, now it’s probably not even in his top 15 wins. Last year he got on an insane NLC run when he maxed almost every slot and he said he took 250Ms from the casino. I think what happened is that he got a MASSIVE pay jump (not sure what was his early pay on Kick/Twitch, definitely 80-90% less) because Eddie and Stake figured out that he’s such a degen that giving him 10-20Ms a week or whatever his contract is, is actually beneficial for the casino, as he’s just going to go full degen on 200-500k buys, sometimes even spins and he’ll simply never be able to cashout his own salary because of his addiction + no matter how transparent he is, people will only see the 20-30M hits and some will get hooked. I know last month he took some money from his personal wallet too, to gamble. So basically it’s a win win, the casino will never lose money because Train is a degen (and even if he’d get on an insane 500M run, I think he’d be sort of ashamed to cash it out) + it’s a good promo, and Train gets to fulfill his degen needs
