That's an amtrack train, goes way faster than a freight train. Looks like the crossing didn't have arms to stop vehicles from proceeding, as the train approached at a high speed. Didn't see any warning lights on the crossbucks either. He looked the way the train was approaching, so he clearly didn't have any warning to slow down or stop. Railroad is at fault for this one if any if what I said holds true
