This is education. Abuse wouldn’t come to mind if it were a video of a western man sitting by the computer with his kid showing him how to work it.

I don’t know because I used to do this when I was a kid! And I used to beg them to do it! And I wouldn’t do it for long as well but it’s a great way to stay entertained. So it really depends on did the kid choose to do it then it’s okay he is playing/“training” but if not then deffo abuse!
