🐹 And I work out a bit. Want to take a look at my arms? Wow! What do you think? Doesn’t it look like the arm of someone who works out? My arms are pretty thick, and my shoulders too, what do you think, do I look like someone who works out? If not, oh well. Haha, well, I do work out about four days a week. Lately, my body, even though it might gotten a bit more defined, but this is exactly the body I’m aiming for. I like my body to be leaner and slander side, and I think this is the best-looking lean body I can have while still building muscle and fat. Yeah, so I work out, and everyone can have their own different ideal body, right? But the other guys say, “You’re not actually working out, you just come here to smell the gym and leave.” #JIN

I thought that while they’re still relatively young, I should go out with them, travel together, make a lot of memories & take lots of photos. Personally, the things I can say I did well is I filmed YouTube content & I went on trips with my grandparents. Those are all memories & there are records of them. Back then, I thought we could keep traveling like that. But now that my grandpa is sick, those trips are things we can never do again. I’m glad I captured them back then. And one more thing, I want to praise myself for taking family photos during iKON TV.

Today I did 1200 push ups… #GSET When I was hustling in 2019 to reach my goal of getting a contact, I was doing 3 workouts a day, training in ring and at one point I was doing 1000 push ups a day. I started a new workout goal this week and decided I need to up my hustle and tap into the version of me that wanted something so badly I sacrificed everything. Monday - Thursday I reached 500 per day, today I wanted 600. When I got to 600, I realized I was so close to 1000. When I got to 1000 I told myself I need to set a new bar for myself. 1200 is that new bar. Proud to say I did that. My body doesn’t look how it once did, and I can’t move how I once moved, but for what I can do, I will challenge myself at every chance I get. Greatest Story Ever Told

Jaylen Brown says incorporating Muay Thai and pool workouts into his NBA training has helped improve his game “I just started doing Muay Thai for about a year now. Wanted to challenge myself in a different way, challenge my body. It's been great for opening up my hips, which is great for defense, but also being able to stay low, have greater balance, and be able to stay in certain positions for longer periods of time. ⛰️ I just… I just like working hard. Whatever it is. You only get one life, right? So I just want to work hard without any regrets. Because I don’t think I’d be happy if I were loved without working hard. Then this time, after consistently working hard for 8 years, I received love, and only then, when I felt it myself, I realized, “Woah, I’m really being loved right now.” So I’m grateful that it turned out that way. If I hadn’t worked hard and had just gotten by on talent, and if I had just gotten lucky, I don’t think I would’ve been that happy. So I’m just going to keep doing what I’ve been doing and keep working hard consistently. You all recognize it/notice it (my efforts), actually - so that’s what I’m grateful for. It’s also important that I acknowledge my own efforts, but I’m really grateful when other people acknowledge my efforts too. And the sense of fulfillment I get from that is really big too. After his inspiring victory yesterday at the Houston Open, Gary Woodland spoke about his decision to open up about his PTSD after recovery from brain surgery: “I've talked to some veterans that told me you can't do this on your own, you've got to talk. “And it was just time. My therapist, my wife more than anybody keep telling me I've got to take care of myself before I can help people. That's hard, I want to help people. “I've realized after the first four weeks when I played how hard it was on me, that I had to take care of myself because I was getting off. “That interview was the first step in that.” This is great advice from Gary on the importance of talking about mental health issues. It’s probable that the freedom Gary felt after that interview at The Players helped him win this week for the first time since the 2019 US Open.

I struggled with my handstand for years. I was convinced that if I tried it hard enough it would click someday. But the day never came. Until I discovered the power of the indirect approach. Thanks to that, I had my first 10-second free-standing handstand in 6 months of training. What did I do? Not training the free handstand. I did a lot of mobility work to open my shoulders and my hips. I spent a massive amount of time doing Body Line Drills to get proper structure. Then I implemented it all in my handstands with wall support. And only from there I slowly transitioned into the free-standing handstand. Doing the thing without directly doing the thing is by now my favorite approach.
