Yesterday, I traveled to Arkansas, the state that is the first to take the life-saving movement toward breaking up the health insurance and healthcare monopolies. "The bill will ban PBMs (Optum RX, CVS Caremark, & Express Scripts) from obtaining a license to own their own pharmacies in Arkansas. It will also force PBMs that currently own their own pharmacies here to sell those pharmacies by Jan. 26, 2026. It is a clear conflict of interest that the PBMs — which set reimbursement rates on drug costs for all pharmacies and determine which drugs a health plan will cover — should also own their own pharmacies. #JAYB's ending ment at #GOT7_NESTFESTinBKK_Day2 🌴 first of all, i would like to thank everyone who worked together with us to prepare for this performance, our performance team, the directing team, our individual dancers, our group dancers, the thai dancers, as well as the hair and makeup stylists who helped us. and i really want to sincerely thank all 7 companies too, for cooperating very well. to our ahgase who came and filled this place, thank you from the bottom of my heart. because of you, the 7 of us were able to enjoy the performance and have a lot of fun. thank you so much. also, our members who had to prepare for this performance while doing their own work, thank you so much for your hard work. as for how we practiced, we each practiced on our own, then came together in thailand to rehearse, and thankfully, we were able to finish the performance well. a lot of people have been calling me the best leader throughout this project. but honestly, i don’t think that’s true. i'm just one of the members doing my role. still, through this project, album and the performance, i’ve come to feel a stronger sense of responsibility. as many of you know, i’m not the type to say things like, “we’ll be back,” or “we’ll come back at this time.” that's not really my style. but i don’t think you have to worry too much. because i’m the leader. Mentally also… And the only thing at times you can do is fight. Let’s see. For sure it’s an area where I’d love to improve. There’s a reason why I go to the gym every day. You saw the booing that happened at commencement addresses with our next generation of innovators. What's going on? Joe Lonsdale: Well, our next generation of innovators are very excited. Our next generation of activists are clearly not very excited. Listen, I think we've done a terrible job in the tech world on the PR on this.... People don't trust Big Tech for good reason, especially from the right. But I don't think we're explaining that we're actually creating massive numbers of jobs. We're going to bring down the cost of health care. We're going to cure diseases. All these good new innovations, the things that have always driven America forward, they're coming from AI and from data centers. So you can't just turn off our innovation world. That would crush the country, and our enemies would love it if we did that. Brian: And if you look at the headlines right now... China could be prepared to overtake us. What are your thoughts about that as their latest model showing that they would erase America's AI lead? Joe: I think our top labs are still 3 to 6 months ahead, but the Kimi model last week was very impressive. Listen, China is both innovating, and they're very good at copying and stealing.... We do not want to slow our slide down because then they will get ahead. And by the way, if we can stay ahead, we're going to take manufacturing back from China. We're going to train people here to be better than their best engineers... Saronic you saw last week hiring 10,000 people in Texas to build autonomous ships. Only possible with AI. We're doing a lot of things that create jobs here, but it's a big fight. We have to win. Brian: That leads me to the data center conversation. So we have all these data centers in this country, and suddenly it's a controversial move. 40% of the new construction are being protested now by various cities. The governor of New York says we're putting a moratorium. No data centers. What's the truth? Are they a danger to the environment? Joe: First of all, they're not a danger to the environment. I do think it's perfectly fair to insist the data center owners pay for their own electricity, pay for their own water, make sure they're lowering the cost of energy... You don't want them raising costs for anyone. But overall, they create jobs, and they're key to this industrial revolution for all of us... It's crazy to stop them. You know who wants us to stop them? Of course, it's the populist extreme far left. But of course, it's also China. And we are also tracking Chinese money helping NGOs to push this narrative. Brian: And you also feel like it's popping up on TikTok and other social media devices. So you've got a bunch of 18 to 25 year olds who think this is their next cause. Joe: You're being taught to hate, just like we were taught so many other things we're supposed to be worried about. And it's fake, and it's B.S., and I'm long America and building the future. 25 years have absolutely flown by. We wanted to do something to mark the occasion of our vast history by not just looking backwards but also forward. We started throwing around the idea of a gallery or museum of sorts to display art and eras of the band, but it was important to us to reach more people virtually. With “The Museum”, fans are able to control their own narrative as well as unlock hidden meanings, recordings and easter eggs. This project quickly got larger and larger as we worked with our friend Ryan McKinnon over the last year. What we have now is basically a fully virtual gallery, experience and escape room. We hope you enjoy taking a trip down memory lane with us. You do not need to be a gamer to enjoy this. This is more casual so that with a little problem solving, you can make your way through the experience. We hope some of you create “play through guides” — which we will repost. "If you have benefited from this during many decades, you cannot simply walk away at age 50 or 60 or whatever and say, okay now, bye bye, I don't pay tax anymore." "So the first, the only important thing you need to do when you set up a wealth tax, say in Britain, is to say even if you go away, you keep paying." "The way the Americans do it, is by saying as long as you keep U.S. citizenship, you pay even if you're in Switzerland, wherever you want." "I don't think this is the best way." President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen emphasized that Europe "should shoulder more of its responsibility for its own security." According to her, the Rearm Europe plan "focuses on how to use all the financial levers at our disposal in order to help Member States to quickly and significantly increase expenditures in defense capabilities, urgently now, but also over a longer period of time over this decade." There are five points in this plan: ▪️ "The first part of this Rearm Europe plan is to unleash the use of public funding in defense on the national level. Member States are ready to invest more in their own security if they have the fiscal space, so we must enable them to do so. We will propose to activate the National Escape Clause of the Stability and Growth Pact. This will allow Member States to significantly increase their defense expenditures without triggering the excessive deficit procedure. If Member States would increase their defense spending by 1.5 percent of GDP on average, this could create fiscal space of close to 650 billion euros over a period of four years. ▪️ "The second proposal will be a new instrument. It will provide 150 billion euros of loans to Member States for defense investment. This is about basically spending better and spending together. We're talking about pan-European capability domains like, for example, air and missile defense, the artillery systems, missiles and ammunition, drones and anti-drone systems, but also to address other needs from cyber to military mobility, for example. This will help Member States to pool demand and to buy together. With this equipment, Member States can massively step up their support to Ukraine. So immediate military equipment for Ukraine." ▪️ "The third point is using the power of the EU budget. I can announce that we will propose additional possibilities and incentives for Member States, that they will decide if they want to use cohesion policy programmes to increase defense spending." ▪️ "The last two areas of action aim at mobilising private capital by accelerating the Savings and Investment Union and through the European Investment Bank." People First is going to let Australians keep their superannuation so they can pay their mortgage off faster. The current system only favours the financial industry which get to clip both your home loan and your superannuation. Australia doesn’t need any more financial engineers in this country - we need real engineers- civil, mechanical and electrical - which is why we are going to bring back the military apprenticeship scheme. Because at the end of the day you can build a financial system with paper promises, but you can’t build a better future for our children if they don’t own their own home.

Okay, Donald J. Trump, I am taking the liberty of speaking for the majority of people who feel the way I do. Which is that you need to stop this Muslim ideology right now. They've become so emboldened that they've forgotten their place. And I am saying to you, as nicely as I can, that you don't want the good ol’ boys and girls of this country to rise up and stomp it out. Because that would be very messy. Needed, but very messy. We'd be proud to do it because we love this country and everything she stands for. This is America. Her citizens come first, and I'll be damned if we are going to be threatened in our own streets. We’ve had enough of their taunts. Enough of their intrusive call to prayer. Enough of their way or no way. As I said, this is our country, and we will not let it become like our European neighbors. We want to keep our bloodline clean. We don't want our six-year-old girls forced to marry 30-year-old men. We want none of what they are offering, excuse me, threatening.
