Even when adjusted for hormone replacement, biological males typically possess physical advantages, which confers a competitive edge over their female counterparts. Additionally, they take away opportunities for female participation. 2/ Trans youth could continue playing sports based on natal sex if they so choose. 3/ Trans agenda violates a female's right to have a safe and comfortable space. Males having full access to female spaces is often a presumed and unstated part of the package. 3/ Transgender people, along with other protected minorities are protected from employment discrimination under the Civil Rights Act of 1964. 4/ Transgender people, along with other protected minorities are protected from housing discrimination under the Fair Housing Act. 5/ The protections under the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and the Fair Housing Act can get sticky when trans identified men are classified as women. Once again, their presence infringes on rights and opportunities of natal females.
