Were you even aware this could happen. A foreign citizen with zero background in the U.K and no right to work who is only here on a student visa has been elected to the Scottish Parliament as a Green MP (what a surprise). And just to add to the madness he is a transgender non binary pronoun user. How the hell is his allowed and why are non Brits with no connection to the country allowed to take jobs in our democracy which pays over £77k per year….madness!

Serious questions now surround newly elected Green MSP Q Manivannan and their compliance with student visa regulations. Immigration rules must apply equally to everyone, including politicians, which is why I’ve written to the Home Secretary calling for an immediate investigation. But, they were only able to stand because of changes made by the SNP in the last parliament. The Conservatives spoke out against this rule change at the time, and our concerns were ignored.

75,000 skilled workers visa per year. Germany recently announced a new Visa called "Opportunity Card", which will allow skilled workers to move to Germany and look for job. What is the difference between this visa and Jobseeker visa? Opportunity card will be determined using a point based system which calculates your Age, Work experience duration, Education qualification, Ability to speak English or/and German. Opportunity card visa duration will be longer than jobseeker visa.(currently jobseeker visa is 6month).
