Whenever I have transcripts open it slows down the podcasts or skip rights passed it

I am sick to death of Apple. I’ve been using Maps to find transport and locations. Once I get off the underground and walk, Apple has me walking in circles for 45 minutes. Apple has no clue where I’m located or what direction I’m walking! 45 fking minutes!! Your apps are slop!
