Am I the only one who sees the irony? It’s clear to me the writers were using irony to showcase the absurdity of refusing to acknowledge biological gender Written in such a way as not to get (literally) cancelled

That’s not supposed to be a punchline at the end, but it totally is.

"She has Testicular cancer" How about we switch from male and female to people with penises and people with vaginas?

At the end he corrected him as ‘she’. How does ‘she’ able to have testicular cancer? That’s why this transgender debate shouldn’t have exist at all.
