The decrease in coming out and increase in de-transitioning is because the fad has just about run its course.

People a detransitioning because the “movement” was a social contagion that included authoritarian tendencies. Many detransitioners recognize that their cosplay was actually inauthentic and detrimental for their emotional and physical wellbeing. Many detransitioners were children indoctrinated from an early age and told they born in the wrong body. Don’t believe me? Follow the detransitioners and ask them yourselves.
