I thought therapy was the *only* treatment recommended for minors by the Cass Repot?

Oh for goodness sake. Exploring the reasons for people “transing” themselves is vital, hardly conversion therapy, and could save enormous future regret. I hope this galvanises therapists and counsellors, because essentially the government is telling them how to practise.

Minsters would do well to read the Cass Report on social transition in children and young people. There's no evidence to support social transition, and there are significant risks of harm.

So important to use public time and money on banning practices for which there is no evidence of them being carried out.
