If we just increase housing development without answering the immigration question the infrastructure will simply not hold up. Cities like Vancouver already have people taking 3 hour commutes, unable to get doctors etc. Red tape is like 25% of the problem. The rest is obvious.

End mass immigration. Put a cap of 100,000 immigrants or less per year. Get rid of every form of carbon tax across the entire board and end the Paris Agreement. Incent Canadian couples to have more children with tax credits.
