Officer commits an assault against an innocent civilian. That's what this is. The officer has no authority to demand ID or a persons place of residence unless they reasonably suspect them of a crime. Existing in a space is not reasonable suspicion. Talking trash is not a crime. Violating your oath should be a crime.
