Consistent treadmill work translates directly to superior ring footwork, keeping you calm, balanced, and ready to react under immense pressure.

I've seen this kid for some time now. Great skills. But I have seen guys get black belts off forms when i was in Korea. But what's gonna happen when he gets punched in the nose and them eyes get blurry? Will he be able to take a punch?

Lateral skipping with changes of rhythm isn’t just for youth development — it’s also used at the professional level. Great for coordination, footwork and movement efficiency.

Stillness is a lost art. And the more you train stances like Ma Bu, the more you realize they are not just about flexibility or strength. They teach your body to stay composed under pressure, and that discipline carries into everything.

Today I'm presenting you the best and mandatory physical hotfix to do when under #pressure to calm down your system: the physiological sigh 💨😌 Get ready to learn the fastest scientifically proven #breathing reset for your body. 📚🏆 When stressed: Cortisol builds up and we as athletes need to reduce it in order to function properly and stay calm and composed. Using the physiological sigh properly is lowering signals of stress, calming your heart rate, improving your gas exchange and reopening your lung tissue. 🧠 It's a perfect tool to use when you're: - right before an important round on stage - preparing to serve a ball - about to shoot a free throw or penalty etc. Let me know if any questions arise and find me on Instagram, Youtube and TikTok via the links in the comments for further knowledge about #sportspsychology and #performance. 📖

This is the kind of training that builds elite reflexes, balance, and composure under pressure. How do you explain a training that requires that you box through a hard rolling rope and was doing effortlessly without a single contact with the rope 🤯🔥🥊👑

Most people avoid uneven training… that’s exactly why they stay weak. This split squat to press forces your body to stabilize under pressure. One side loaded. One side moving.

No wonder Jensen got so defensive over $NVDA GPUs against custom chips. $GOOG will start using different custom chips for inference and training. $AMZN has already adopted this approach as they have Trainium for training and Inferentia for inference. Hyperscalers obviously see better price/performance in this approach, and this is where the industry is headed. $AVGO and $MRVL are poised to be big winners, while $NVDA dominance will be under increasing pressure.

Mamadou Sarr was handed his first start under Xabi Alonso against Juventus, and he certainly made the most of it. Calm in possession, composed under pressure and confident throughout an impressive display from the young defender.

Deception w/ your feet is incredibly valuable on puck retrievals when used appropriately - small fakes, weight shifts, & edgework can freeze forecheckers, create time/space, & manipulate pressure. Smart footwork disguises intentions & opens options for clean exits under pressure
