Two airmen went missing on Friday after an American fighter jet was shot down. The first airman was recovered within hours, while the second officer was stranded in Iranian territory until U.S. forces rescued him on Sunday. During a news briefing on Monday, Trump said that his administration is pursuing the person who leaked information about the second airman, claiming the reports alerted Iran and put the rescue operation at risk. “They didn’t know there was somebody missing until this leaker gave the information," Trump said.
